  • The guests of Finca San Ambrosio are quiet people who enjoy being in nature, away from tourism. The nearest dream beach (Playa Mangueta) can be reached in 15 minutes by car, as can the nearest cafés and restaurants. 
  • The harbour town of Barbate (7 mi) is approx. 20 minutes away by car, the popular surfing beach of El Palmar (4,5 mi) approx. 15 minutes, Conil (8,5 mi) approx. 25 minutes and Vejer de la Frontera (4 mi), one of the most beautiful "white villages" in Andalusia, is also only approx. 10 minutes away by car.
Group travel
  • The finca, idyllic and quiet, yet close to the beach and town, is ideal for groups and family parties. It offers a relaxed atmosphere with its romantic, mature garden and comfortable flats.
  • Particularly noteworthy is the spacious patio flat (approx. 240 sqm), which is ideal as a central flat for group bookings. Here there is a large, professionally equipped kitchen where you can cook together or cook for a large group, a dining room and large living room and in front of it a large, furnished south-facing terrace for eating or lingering together.
  • There is plenty of space for group activities and also the opportunity to retreat: In the garden there is a charming, raised terrace (60 sqm) with garden furniture and a shady roof and a wonderful view of the countryside.

Location
  • San Ambrosio is a small village on the edge of the Pine Nature Park, a nature reserve with excellent hiking opportunities. There are two 'ventas' (country inns) in the village with good, typical local cuisine.
  • The beautiful natural beaches of the Costa de la Luz are around 3 miles away.
  • San Ambrosio is located between the Atlantic coast, Vejer (one of the famous white villages) and Barbate, an authentic harbour town with a fishing tradition and around 23,000 inhabitants. To the north-west on the coast is Conil, a small town with around 20,000 inhabitants.
